Our Story

Suzanne and Lauren have been outdoor enthusiasts their whole lives. They met over 20 years ago as next door neighbors. Together they loved spending time outside with their young children. Lauren and Suzanne maintain their friendship and love of the great outdoors through cycling, backpacking, and hiking. A few years ago, on a beautiful hike, they realized they were both seeking ways to release stress and increase inner peace. They began by spending time outdoors with intention. With this growing sense of inward awareness, Suzanne felt called to Reiki and Sound Healing,  and Lauren to Forest Bathing and Yoga. Suzanne and Lauren now collaborate to create opportunities for others to experience the healing properties of nature with the vibrational energy of bowls and chimes.

Being outside, regardless of the weather, is where Lauren feels most at home. Lauren is passionate about teaching, and has taught littles to adults and everything in between in classrooms and out in nature and on ski slopes. She currently teaches education courses at Northern Virginia Community College. When her three sons were young, Lauren led weekly hikes for families for over 10 years. Guiding families, college students, seniors, and women on hiking, backpacking, bike camping, and kayaking trips has been a highlight of her adult life. Suzanne Cervarich is a Reiki Master, certified Sound Practitioner, and certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide.

Suzanne’s passion for supporting wellness in the community started through exercise and nutrition as a certified coach over two decades ago. This evolved into the spiritual realm, where Suzanne saw the need to combine the physical, mental and heart bodies. Suzanne loves spending time with her four children, and traveling. She finds extra joy under the moonlit sky, when cycling, camping, hiking or kayaking and when taking spiritual courses. As Suzanne continues her spiritual journey to learn more about the energetic world within and around us, she looks forward to sharing and teaching the love and light of energy to help raise the collective consciousness.
